A credit card must be kept on file for all event bookings. In the instance of a “No call, no show “50% of the TOTAL BILL will be charged to your card. No charges will be made to your card for cancellations made 72 hours prior to the date of your event.
Guaranteed Guest Count: An email confirming total guest count is due 72 hours prior to the event. If not received, your original contracted number of guests will automatically become your total guest count. Groups will be charged based on the original contracted guest count or the actual guest count, whichever is higher.
If you cancel in less than 72 hours of your event, 10% of your total bill will be charged.
Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours prior to the start of the event, in which case the remaining balance owed will not be charged. In order to be valid, cancellation notice must be sent via email to sales@R1indoorkarting.com AND received by R1 Indoor Karting according to the terms above. Please follow up your email immediately with a phone call to 401-721-5764 to confirm that R1 Indoor Karting received your cancellation notice. If you do not wish to cancel but simply reschedule, this can be done one time free of charge up to 7 days prior to the event date. Rescheduling notice must be sent via email to sales@R1indoorkarting.com AND received by R1 Indoor Karting according to the terms above. Please follow up your email immediately with a phone call to 401-721-5764 to confirm that R1 Indoor Karting received your rescheduling notice.
Force Majeure: Parties are not liable for their failure to perform under this contract if such failure is due to acts of God or war or other events of force majeure, including, but not limited to, strikes, fire, flood, inclement weather, earthquake, restrictions upon travel, food, beverage, supplies, or any other causes beyond its control, or interfering with performance whether stated or not. In this situation, Parties will do their best to correspond via email prior to the event to avoid any misunderstandings. The event will be rescheduled without a return of deposit unless properly cancelled per this contract 72 hours prior to the event start time.
